Why Take an Online Art Class

with Becoming An Artist?

In this day and age, technology has become a huge part of our daily lives, especially in our children's lives. Many of our kids are now homeschooled and taking online classes due to the pandemic. Sadly, many of our public and private schools cannot offer art classes in their curriculum. This omission has left an enormous gap in teaching the next generation to be creative - an essential life skill for each child should be able to learn and explore.

At Becoming An Artist school, I look at this time as an opportunity to approach teaching art in a new way. The Treehouse Art Project is intended to add a little organic wonder back into our kids' lives and fill the creative hole with projects to teach students how to be an artist!

By marrying technology with art, my school provides a child-friendly, easy to follow art education. It is a creative outlet, and each project provides a hands-on project to inspire our children to learn and grow.

Each project comes with a list of art supplies needed to complete the project. I try to make it easy by incorporating supplies that you may already have laying around your home.
